The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
