Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.
