Easy ordering process and prompt replies to lead time enquiries. An alternative product was offered where the one I was interested in was discontinued and at a competitive price. Good and accurate communication on delivery. I would definitely use again.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.
