I placed my order for a basin and brackets on Thursday, 30 Nov 2011. Correspondence from Christine kept me informed of the estimated delivery date and on Friday 02 Dec 2011 Christine gave me the confirmed delivery date of Monday 05 Dec 2011.
The basin and brackets were not delivered on the confirmed delivery date of Monday, 05 Dec 2011. When I emailed to let My Tub know, Jeannette responded promptly and professionally. The basin was damaged and another one put on order to be delivered to me on Wednesday 07 Dec 2011.
This was delivered this afternoon which completes my order and I am satisfied with how everything was handled.
If I need any other bathroom or kitchen supplies in the future, I would not hesitate to purchase them from My Tub again.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The product came with full instruction so it took me no time to fit the seat. The seat is better then I expected it has been modified with better components and it works perfect.
The website was easy to use and it was free delivery system over certain price. Best and smooth service I had for long time. Thank you.
