MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.
