The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me.

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ........

Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly.
