Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
