Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.

Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.

Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.
