MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. This is the second time I have used MyTub and it will not be the last I am sure.

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock. That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

I am so impressed with the excellent service very quick responding to my enquiry regarding an obsolete part which I cannot get hold of anywhere else!
Communication also excellent by email and over the phone
Will certainly recommend your company to friends and colleagues !!

Despite difficulties in accessing the item which appeared to have been discontinued, you succeeded in locating one after some extra effort. At all times your communicator treated me with courtesy and apparent enthusiasm! It has been a pleasure to have had dealings with you. BRAVO!!!
