A very fast efficient service, from ordering to delivery and communications were excellent. A pleasure doing business with you and i will recommend your company to friends. Many thanks Graham.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

So impressed with the service we received from Mytub. The communication regarding the status of my order from start to finish was superb. Order arrived on the confirmed date. Would not hesitate to order from you again.
