First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.
