Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks.

Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.

You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.
