Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Rad valves arrived ontime good service on that -small packages could come via post more quickly. site search may not work well when precise name of component is not known.

I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!
