Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
I would recomend and will use again provided the price is right.
Thanks.

I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town.

Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.

Order received by specified date and our Tevi Boost shower is now back to normal. Thank you for your extensive website and very competitive prices. The free delivery service encouraged us to trade with you as it does reduce the product costs.
