Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered.
