I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Very quick delivery once notified that the item had been sent. Seals exactly as described, easy to cut to size and fit perfectly. The only drawback was the wait between placing the order and it being despatched.

Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential.
