The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.

Thank you, the smoke alram was delivered to my Aunt on Friday as promised. Unfortunately I was going to get in touch because the alarm is faulty. My Aunt has had one of these alarms for 11 years and this is the first time she has had to replace it so she is well used to how they work. She followed the instructions but now the alarm wont stop bleeping and she has had to put it into a cupboard for some peace! Of course she cant return it by post while its bleeping for secutiry reasons! I would welcome your advice.
