Efficient and friendly service from the customer services team. Made a hard job very easy as my toilet seat was not standard size.

Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well.
