I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. Well done Inverness!

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. You saved my day I could get rid yellow bath panel,no funds to replace the shower bath. Fast delivery no problem at all .i thank you all at Mytub. You are very helpful.

Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. Update e-mails were useful but my only complaint was that delivery was 1 day late.I did not require the part urgently so it was not a problem.l would recommend mytub to my friends.
