We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.
