I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here.

I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site.

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.

Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.
