I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.

Ordering online was easy and the delivery date 10 days later, whilst taking a little longer than most, was met on target and the correct item was dispatched. My only concern was that the item came wrapped only in a thin plastic which was badly torn but luckily there was no damage to the basin. However, it seems more by chance and it would have been better if had cardboard packaging to prevent possible damage to what is a fragile item. The was my first experience using My Tub and I would definitely no hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to other. Thank you.
