Took forever to arrive but excellent communication regarding timing etc throughout. Driver called on day of delivery to advise how long he would be. Product in perfect condition and fits as expected. We would definitely use the service again.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks.

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.
