Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite.
