Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else.

Fast service, delivered in 3 days well within the 7 to 10 day estimate but I have to say when I read that I was put off and nearly went to another company. Product exactly as ordered.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

Received the item within 23 days of placing the order. Feel lucky to have found this part on your site, as it is from an old gas fire and no-one else stocked it.
Many thanks. Terry

This the best price and delivery cost I could find for the product. The website was easy to use and the communication was excellent. It was delivered really quickly on the day confirmed by email.
