The extra mile that MyTub went to complete my order was like a breath if fresh air. A swift receipt of my goods then topped off what was a very pleasing buying experience. Well done.

Very quick delivery. Good communication excellent service.
It is good to know that there are places that sell good quality parts and not rip you off.
Thank you for your top service.

You always keep in touch and let me know how the order is going. Thank you Debbie.
I find My Tub very useful for finding obsolete parts that are difficult to come by.

Dear MyTub,
Your sales team, particularly Jeannette who I spoke to today, is superb, but your website leaves or left - I see it has now been updated much to be desired. I ordered the most expensive of two heat poles and ended up being delivered the other one. I have had to pay a returns cost of £38.51 - which I think is unfair. It would be nice to have this refunded.

Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
Customer support was great!
Miss-leading customers at point of order first class!!
Oppertunaty of a repeat order from me...........nil!!! Priceless!!!!
