Delivered my items in good time, but had to contact the company to ascertain the delivery day, then found out that two aeration tubes were broken, i then contacted the company who then sent replacement parts but had to wait a week, then had to contact company again to ascertain delivery date again. Very pleased with goods, had searched for days to find the exact basin I was looking for and found it straight away on mytub! Ordered and received everything in excellent order.
Would recommend to anyone quality etc is exactly as stated and the service is excellent.
Have given out the website address to a few friends so hopefully they should order from mytub, a great website, good value and extremely helpful with any queries!

Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was...
