We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. It is just my opinion, but I find your website terrible to navigate. Perhaps it is partly because I am not a plumber, but surely people do not shop for plumbing fittings by brand first Wouldnt they look for the type and size of fitting, then choose the brand Why can we not order search results Why are there a zillion sub-categories in each sub-category in each category - case in point, me trying to find suitable compression fittings for 8mm microbore pipe.
Otherwise, you seem to stock absolutely everything, and at a good price.

Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.
