Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ...
