Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Hello
I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
I will be calling Roca today to give them your feedback and ask their comments.

Wonderful service - and you even realised when Id ordered the wrong thing - psychic too! I really appreciate that you emailed me to check what I actually needed rather than sending exactly what Id ordered. Thank you.

First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.

Very pleasant service - which is why we used you rather than another supplier of the same product. Very prompt and positive response to our price match request. Highly recommended.

Hello, I received my order, everything is perfect! Thanks again. Too bad he must contact the carrier to make an appointment for him to deliver me, and delivery costs are very expensive, more expensive than the item ordered.
