I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable
