Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others.

22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
