Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.

As described, although not sure how I ordered 2, only needed 1.
Postage very costly too!

Handled by order very well, even though had to sourced elsewhere

Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.
