Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

Christine in your sales department was very helpful and helped me track down some parts for a boiler i was struggling to find elsewhere. She sourced the parts you did not have on your website which was very helpful indeed.
I have never used you before and would be happy to again. My only complaint is that on your website you have a big selection of parts which is great but for someone like me who is not that sure of what they are buying from a description as a DIYer its very important to have pictures to reassure that what you are looking at is what you want. I found one of the parts i wanted on your website but quickly looked else where because there was no picture. It was because i got the part numbers i needed and with Christines help i then was confident to buy the parts.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Early days yet but I am expecting a appropriate completion. Regards Pete
