We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Disappointed at cost of delivery to here, but MY Tubs are not alone on this. Was how ever relatively pleased with the alternative offered and the rest of the customer service given. Prompt replies to e-mails and helpful staff with the asked for notification when the goods were ready for uplift. Would use again if required.

Quite a long delivery time, but item actually arrived ahead of schedule- courier phoned first to make sure that was ok. A very easy transaction and I was pleased to find the item I wanted after much searching. Would definitely use you again.
