Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again.

Ordered pebbles & matrix for gas fireplace on a Sunday evening. Everything arrived on Wednesday early afternoon. Totally transformed my fireplace. Well pleased with service & product. Have another fireplace to sort out will use mytub again.

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find.
