Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.

My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site.
