Although mytub couldnt fulfil my complete order I was kept informed with instant messages and delivery was quick. Seems like a good setup and I wouldnt hesitate in using them again

Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.

Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Thank you for your advice re VictoriaPlumb, we are in a totally different market place to them. VictoriaPlumb sell cheep unbranded rubbish (in our opinion) imported in bulk from China, stocked high with massive profit margins slapped
