I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding.

Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately.

thank you for my order it so nice to flush the toilet again told my son if he breaks them again he has to buy new ones looked everywhere for these handles so glad i came across your website and cheaper then ebay and at least they are new

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Your staff were very helpful in ensuring that I had chosen the right items. I am very impressed with mytub and will definately use your services again!
