Fantastic communication both via email and direct telephone contact. Products well know brands that are competitively priced. Delivery occurred as arranged.

I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified.
