Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.
