My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. She also arranged for the delivery to be delayed by two weeks until I got back from holiday. Fantastic service!

Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Very impressive.
