Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery.

I wished to order 1 Twyford Pan Connector P Trap Wf1240wh. The item was hard to source or, when sourced, delivery times were longer than I needed. MyTub were excellent both in communication, delivery date and service. I would definitely use this company again.

Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks!
