Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. long delivery time, but the part was good value and quality. Good communications throughout. I was surprised it didnt come with washers but not really an issue.

Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.

Please be aware that all goods were received safe and sound, but had to be repackaged by your courier PTS as the weight and volume of goods were too much for the padded envelope used.
