MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit.
