MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.

delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
