Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

Not very impressed. I ordered a white REGAL slim Line S374001 6L Side Supply, and you have sent me a black Conceala S6216.
Not much use to me, so I will be in contact with you tomorrow to get the order right.
