Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them.

Radiator casing arrived early on the requested day and in good condition. However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible.

As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints.
