I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Very pleased with the service and communication throughout the sourcing, order and delivery process

Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however.
