Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Having been let down badly, by the appalling service of a rival supplier, I could not fault the service recieved by My Tub. Goods ordered arrived in specified time scale, online updates fantastic and even a call to tell me when it would be delivered, the best price I could find on the web for the product I required, and a sensible delivery charge too. Everything I want from a supplier. Will be using you again and recommending to friends.
The only thing that might prevent me from ordering more things, is finding them on your site. You have to know the product code to find it, pictures would be helpful, as it is really hard to tell from a product code if it will match requirements. More pictures please!

Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again.
