ORDERED SOME OBSOLETE BOILER BAFFLES LATE ON 14 NOV ,THEY WERE THEN SPECIALLY MADE AND DELIVERED HERE TO THE NORFOLK BROADS ON AFTERNOON OF 16 NOV .THAT IS OUTSTANDING !VERY MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINE AT MYTUB FOR KEEPING ME UP TO DATE RE DELIVERY TIMES ETC.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. 1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.
